Shipping Policy

Method of Shipment:

Please be advised that Propane Tank Store is an on-line e-store for Panadab, Inc., a Washington based corporation, hereafter referred to as Panadab. During our past 40 years of serving retail propane customers, we have diligently worked to provide value and quality for each and everyone. To ensure your satisfaction we ask that, prior to your purchase, you read the following important information.

Purchases will appear on your Credit Card as Panadab, Inc.

All orders are shipped UPS or a common carrier of our choice. A customer's Commercial freight collect account is acceptable.

All orders are ONLY shipped to the 48 contiguous United States. No Exceptions.  A customer placing an order with the intent to re-ship outside of the 48 contiguous United States will be declined.  International/customs export documents including Certificates of Origin will not be provided.   Additionally the manufacturer, Manchester Tank, will not provide these documents either.

Product Delivery:

Deliveries shall be subject to and contingent upon timely receipt of orders by Panadab together with buyer's satisfaction of credit requirements.

Panadab shall not be liable for any loss, damage, detention or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including (without limiting the generality of the foregoing) unavailability of production from sources of supply, fire, explosion, flood, strike or other labor difficulties, shortage of utility, facility, material or labor, default by common carriers or other delay in transportation, breakdown or accident, riot, insurrection, civil or military authority, or governmental controls, restrictions, regulations including but not limited to internation customs requirements, or customer's failure to read or comply with Panadab's posted policies.

Panadab shall have the right to apportion its supplies of merchandise among its customers in such manner that Panadab determines to be appropriate.
