Return Policy

Please be advised that Propane Tank Store is an on-line e-store for Panadab, Inc., a Washington based corporation, hereafter referred to as Panadab. During our past 40 years of serving retail propane customers, we have diligently worked to provide value and quality for each and everyone. To ensure your satisfaction we ask that, prior to your purchase, you read the following important information.

Purchases will appear on your Credit Card as Panadab, Inc.

You may return for a refund, any normally stocked item within 30 days from date of invoice with the following conditions: 

• Item has not been used, altered, or marred in any way.
• Item is returned in original container with all accessories, instruction manuals, warranties, papers, etc., in resale condition.
• An RMA (Return Material Authorization) is provided by the manufacturer. (we will request RMA's and forward to customer
• Item is returned with proof of purchase to the manufacturer to address provided, NOT to Propane Tank Store or Panadab, Inc.
• No propane or any other product has been introduced into the tank.
• Item purchased is not special ordered, not normally in stock close-outs, clearance items, used or blemished, etc. 
• Items can not be returned after 30 days from date of original invoice. RMA's are null & void after 30 days of issuance.
• Customer must pay for return shipping & handling charges.
• Return shipping charges are not refundable.  Customer is responsible for all shipping charges to and from.
• Customer understands and agrees to our 20% restocking fee which will be subtracted from the refund amount.
• For refunds of any tank of 200 lbs (45.6 gallons) or larger, a $50.00 charge per tank will be retained to cover PayPal fees.  This applies to returns or cancelled orders.  Orders cancelled prior to shipping may incur a 3% cancellation fee.

Complete the "Return Merchandise Form" for all returns and do not ship without prior authorization from Panadab. To locate the Return Merchandise Form click the Customer Service link and then the Return Request link.
